Is this just going to tell me to cut the price?

No. Price is one of four dimensions we score, and it's rarely the first fix. Most listings we analyze have photo, description, or timing issues that are cheaper and faster to address than a price reduction. We show you those first.

How is this different from my CMA?

A CMA tells you what the home is worth. We tell you why it isn't selling. Photo quality, description keywords buyers actually search, listing timing, and price positioning against live comps — four dimensions a CMA doesn't touch.

What data do you actually use?

We pull your live listing data from Zillow — photos, description text, list price, days on market — and compare it against active and recently sold comps in the same zip code and price band. Real data, not opinions.

Do I need a listing that's struggling to use this?
